The book is well-written, has good examples, and an excellent structure. You will enjoy it if you are a leader in an organization as well as a leadership trainer, facilitator or coach. A very interesting and helpful book.

Remarkable Book. Very interesting how they explain the backgrounds how our brain works and how this knowledge can be applied to achieve peak perfomance. Have seen quite a lot of books about brain research, but this one is really well written and enjoyable to read.Highly recommended
