Roomies: the perfect feel-good romantic comedy

3,5 starsI liked the musical aspect to this story very much but I had problems connecting with the characters.

I was so excited to read this book and needed to buy it as soon as it came out in Czech. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed. I guess I’ve read better books from my two queens so now my expectations are very high when it comes to them and their books. They have set the bar too high. I mean don’t get me wrong, it was really beautiful book and I had fun reading it but it felt like there was something missing. It might have something to do with the fact that I’ve read it while being really tired but I couldn’t empathise with the characters. It didn’t really felt like Christina Lauren book. It’s probably the least favorite book by Christina and Lauren of mine.Anyway, I was really excited to read it, I laughed a lot and I can’t wait for the movie.
