One of the most horrific memoirs, I have ever read in my life. I was able to relate to it more because of sharing almost the same age group. You need to read this book in order to understand that as long as a word "minority" exists in the dictionary, till then minority will be treated in a special way. But at the same time, how you should not give in dire times, because there is always a light of hope, no matter what ever happens in life, there is always some hope. And the best example is this excellent book.
