This book contains a lot of useful information on a healthy diet. However, I find that reading the plant paradox of the same author first explains a lot that remains unclear in this book. The major complaint I have about this book is that it does not provide practical pointers for the starting keto reader and experienced keto reader. Also, some of the lists are ambiguous, like the melatonin list on page 126 is from high to low, but shown in 2 columns, causing the order to be unsure.The value of the book is high enough to justify buying it, but please buy the plant paradox as well. Personally, I also bought the plant paradox cook book that contains a more concise version of lectin description.So, in summary, I recommend this book especially in combi with the paradox books of Dr Gundry. And Dr Gundry: please make your lists unambiguous!
