Great book for those that are thinking of doing this course. Entertaining to read with some helpful information. The blog posts are also extremely useful when actually doing the course - as I found out.

Focus on buying a good grammar book. You will not need this brochure, I promise!

You think you will need this before your CELTA course starts - but seriously, you won‘t. I started reading it and realized it is a B.S. book that was giving me a weaker version of what I had already gleaned from online posts. Just google „10 Tips for Acing the CELTA“ or something similar - plenty of well-written intelligent blog posts out there with far more relevant information from successful CELTA graduates who charge nothing for it. Spend your money on the Scrivener and Parrott Grammar books that you will use over and over again.
