R1234YF Refrigerant – Product Information
R1234YF refrigerant is an HFO refrigerant with a very low GWP of only 4 (for comparison: R134a has a GWP of approx. 1,430). Since 2017, the EU has mandated R1234YF as an environmentally friendly replacement for R134a in newly manufactured vehicles.
Supplied as an originally sealed 10 kg bottle in a rechargeable cylinder with a 1/4" connection. The cylinder is included in the price. Cylinder design and colour may vary due to the reusable/exchange system.

Return of the deposit cylinder
Containers purchased from us after 28 February 2024 may be returned for refilling in accordance with Art. 11(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/573 using the enclosed return label. If a return label is no longer available, a new one can be requested via the contact form.
Important note on the sale of refrigerants
Sale exclusively to holders of a certificate under Art. 10(1) subpara. 1 lit. a of Regulation (EU) 2024/573 or to representatives of companies employing such certified persons or holders of a training certificate under Art. 10(1) subpara. 2 of the Regulation. The purchase must serve the installation, maintenance, servicing or repair of equipment under Art. 5(2) and (3) lit. a and b and Art. 10(1) subpara. 2 that contains or requires the refrigerant for operation.
