Spiral Dynamics in Action - Don Edward Beck Teddy Hebo Larsen Sergey Solonin Rica Viljoen Thomas Q Johns Kartoniert (TB)

When I first get in contact with the theory of Clare W. Graves in 2004, the book Spiral Dynamics from Don Beck and Chris Cowan was the first deep dive into the theory. Over the years I read all the writings of Graves and worked a lot as an consultant with companies to help them in the change and transformations – always based on value systems and culture. I’m very happy that this book is now an updated and practical book from Don Beck and the Co-authors, that transfers the Graves-Theory to the actual business and society. The book is a great inspiration for all the experts, who would like to have a deep knowledge.Rainer Krumm, Founder of the 9 Levels Institute for Value Systems and author of the Graves-Biography “CLARE W.
